Returns for Glow & Roll Perfume Oils

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return of an unused, unopened product with its original seal intact. Contact us before sending anything back.

Opened products and discovery sets are not eligible for preference-based returns. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

For eligible preference-based returns, the customer pays return postage. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Request a return through our Contact Us form. We provide the approved return address with your return instructions. Please do not send products back before receiving those instructions.
